Landscape Estimates
We offer Landscape Estimates for both property maintenance and new landscape construction and installation. Maintenance estimates will include an inspection followed by a recommendation and cost for services needed, such as mulching, fertilizing, flower bed cleanout, weed removal and control, gutter cleaning, etc. New project estimates are for landscape designs and installations for your property and involve a more in-depth consultation to create a unique landscape setting. |

Detailed Landscape Plans
Lauderdale Landscaping has the ability to design and draft a set of landscape plans to suit your needs and desires. The cost for this service varies depending on how elaborate the design is. If the landscape plan is elaborate the costs may be higher. We also offer either drawing or drawing / blue print draft combination plans. |

Tree and Shrub Pruning
We are experienced in top quality pruning and removal services. We have provided total tree and shrub care since 1999. In 2002 Lauderdale Landscaping focused predominately on tree care related services, ranging from small shrub pruning to the highly technical tree removals. |

Planting Beds Maintenance
This service includes removing weeds or treating undesirable weeds with mild herbicide (if necessary), possibly applying a slow release weed control granular to beds in order to minimize the rate of new return weeds, amending soil if needed, and applying mulch in a 1-3 inch layer depending on bed conditions. |

Spring/Fall clean-up
Spring and Fall Clean-up includes leaf removal from yard and landscape, gutters and downspouts cleaning, inspection and recommendations for maintenance. |

Softscape Installation and Maintenance
Softscapes are the landscape materials which are usually less permanent, such as mulch, trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. We do all types of softscape application and maintenance based on your needs. |

Hardscape Installation and Maintenance
We construct patios, walkways, retaining walls, ponds, decks, sheds and much more. The costs for these jobs are directly related to materials used and labor involved, many of which are estimated by the square foot. Unlike softscape maintenance, hardscapes tend to require less maintenance. If you have a patio dry-laid in sand or stone dust then your maintenance plan may require pressure washing if desired and sweeping sand or stone dust every 2-3 years. Decks, for example, may require pressure washing and applying stain every 1-3 years to help prolong the life of the structure. |
